Irish Eyes main house with Bailey's guest house
Irish Eyes and Bailey's Irish Cream were new for the summer of 2005 and we believe these homes to be the nicest in the Beachwalk Community. They are designed with comfort, large gathering areas indoors and out, and private sleeping areas to make this your most relaxing vacation ever!
We have a home tour, but many appreciate a written description as well, to ensure your vacation comfort.
Irish Eyes main house first floor:
- Great Room: the great room, 23.5' X 26.5', is set-up as a large gathering space centered around the fireplace with comfortable couches and chairs.
- Kitchen/Dinette area: the kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. There is a breakfast bar with seating and is open to the dinette area, which will have seating for 20 guests. The kitchen is open to the large great room area mentioned above.
- Sunroom: the sunroom, 18' X 10.5', is down a half flight of stairs and will provide an additional sitting/gathering space to enjoy a meal or play cards.
- Master Bedroom #1: This first floor master bedroom/bathroom is about 14' X 20'. It has a queen bed, a full bath and is wheelchair accessible.
- Powder room: There is a powder room located 8 steps up from the main floor.
- Screen Porch: The screened porch, 10.5' X 15', is accessed from the Great room.
- Covered Porch: A covered porch wraps around the south and east side of the home and will cover the entryway.
Irish Eyes second floor:
- Master Bedroom #2: the second master bedroom with private bath is 14' X18.5' and has have a king bed.
- Master Bedroom #3: the third master bedroom with private bath is 16' X 11.5' and has a queen bed
- Bedroom #4 is 15.5' X 11.5' and has a queen bed.
- Bedrooms #5 and #6 will be 11.5' X 10.5' and are set up with bunks and twin beds.
- Bedrooms 4,5 and 6 share a full bathroom with a tub for the children to bath in.
Loft:
- Bedroom #7: the loft level will be set-up as a family sleeping quarter with a queen bed and twins/bunks. There is also a futon for additional sleeping.
Tower:
- There is a 10.7' X 12.10' seating area in the tower to enjoy views of the community and Lake Michigan sunsets.
Basement:
- The basement is a great area for social gathering/children to hang out. The room has a TV and two futons for sitting or sleeping.
- Full Bath : There will be a full bath in the basement
- Laundry room will have full size washer and dryer.
